Privacy Notice

Last updated September 23, 2026. This notice covers insuredbysummit.com and the information you share with Summit Risk Solutions LLC through it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use a quote or contact form, we receive what you enter: typically your name, email, phone number, and the coverage details you choose to share.
• Scheduling details. If you book a call through our Calendly scheduler, Calendly collects your name, email, and the time you pick, and shares them with us.
• Site usage. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. It uses cookies to do this.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, prepare quotes, and service your policies.
• To shop your coverage. When you ask for a quote, we share the information you give us with the insurance companies and wholesale brokers we submit to on your behalf.
• To understand what’s useful on the site and improve it.

We don’t sell your personal information.

Who helps us run the site

These providers process information for us under their own privacy terms: Netlify (hosting), Formspree (form delivery), Calendly (scheduling), and Google Analytics (site statistics).

If you become a client

Information we collect to quote, place, and service insurance is handled in line with applicable federal and state insurance privacy laws. The insurance companies we place you with will also send you their own privacy notices.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. The site still works without them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you send us, but no website or email transmission is completely secure. Please don’t send Social Security or bank account numbers through the website forms; we’ll collect those securely when we actually need them.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
