Kansas City insurance, on both sides of State Line.
Overland Park or the Northland, Olathe or Lee’s Summit, we’re licensed in Kansas and Missouri, so one agent covers the whole metro. We shop the carriers for you and walk you through the policy in plain English, all by phone, text, or video.
Coverage Kansas City actually uses.
Homeowners
From new builds in Olathe to older homes in Brookside and Northeast KC, we make sure the roof, wiring, and replacement cost are rated right.
Auto
Kansas and Missouri auto rules are different. We write the policy for the state your car is garaged in and re-shop it if you move across State Line.
Renters
Apartment in the Crossroads or Lenexa? Renters coverage protects your stuff and your liability, usually for a small monthly cost.
Landlord
Rental homes and small multifamily on either side of the metro. One door or a whole schedule of properties.
Wind & Hail
KC gets its share of spring hail. We show you the wind/hail deductible in dollars before you pick a policy.
Business
BOP, GL, commercial auto, and workers’ comp for KC businesses, including ones that work in both states.
Licensed in both states. Actually reads the policy.
- Licensed in Kansas and Missouri, so one agent covers your whole household.
- Independent, so you see more than one carrier’s price.
- Every policy read line by line before you sign.
- Everything by phone, text, email, or video. No office visit needed.
- Renewals re-checked before they hit, every year.
Rather just talk it through?
Grab 30 minutes on Kevin’s calendar. Bring your current declarations page and we’ll tell you what you have, what’s missing, and what a re-shop could look like.

You’re in Wichita. Can you insure me in Kansas City?
Yes. We’re licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, so we can write on either side of State Line. Quotes, questions, and signatures all happen by phone, text, email, or video, and claims are handled by the carrier’s local adjusters.
I live in Missouri but work in Kansas. Which state’s policy do I need?
Your auto policy follows where the car is garaged, and your home policy follows where the house is. So a Missouri resident who commutes to Overland Park gets a Missouri auto policy. We write both, so it’s one agent either way.
I’m moving across State Line. Do I need a new policy?
Usually yes. Auto policies are written for a specific state, and Kansas and Missouri have different required coverages (Kansas requires PIP, Missouri doesn’t). When you move, we rewrite the policy in your new state and re-shop it while we’re at it.
Do you write business insurance for Kansas City companies?
Yes. General liability, BOPs, commercial auto, workers’ comp, and professional liability. If you operate on both sides of the metro, we make sure both states are covered, since workers’ comp in particular is state-specific.
How fast can I get a quote?
Usually within one business day once we have your current declarations page.
Ready to read your policy?
Send your current declarations page and we’ll come back with apples-to-apples options from carriers built for your profile — usually in one business day.
